IPA Sound Drill is a free, browser-based tool for learning English pronunciation using the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Use automated systems to access the Service in ways that impact performance
- Redistribute the Service or its content without permission
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of IPA Sound Drill are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
5. User-Provided Content
When you submit feedback via our Tally feedback form, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reference that feedback for improving the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party services:
- Vercel: hosting and analytics
- Tally.so: feedback form processing
- Google Apps Script: text-to-speech proxy
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the pronunciation data, IPA transcriptions, or any other content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
